Credit Suisse and UniCredit dropped from G-Sib list in latest systemic risk assessment
Four banks will face higher capital requirements from January 1, 2025, following the yearly assessment of global systemically important banks (G-Sibs) by the Financial Stability Board (FSB). Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), China Construction Bank (CCB) and UBS were moved to a higher surcharge bucket on November 27, a sign their systemic footprint increased over 2022.
